PERSONALITY TEST PROJECT

Homework for next week (Monday 3/17): Go to my blog and read the in-depth analysis of your personality type.

Bring in your answers to the following questions:

 a.    Was the test successful?

Yes, it was. Because this test can help many organization to test the personality of employee when they are hiring. And many things they can use it for.

b.    Do you believe the results fairly reflect your own personality?  

No, I don't.  Because my personality  is my personality. Nobody can change it.

c.    Did you correctly predict your personality type?

Yes, It did. I got ISTJ. It is correctly with my type personality.

d.    What was different from your expectations?

It is not different from my expectation. The result that I get all the same my personality.

 

e.    What do you think about this kind of test?

This test can help you to know  more about yourself. when you know about yourself, you can improve or developed your personality and make it better.

For the business, They can use this test to checck the personality of person before they hire to work. It might good for owner to know what kind of person who they hire to work.
